Well Established Company Basic up to $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Marymount Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm) Job Responsibilities: To assist the Purchasing and Inventory Manager in maintaining the purchasing and inventory planning processes Ensuring the timely arrival of purchases and maintaining existing inventory position in a healthy state Involved in liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders on related matters PURCHASING Check suppliers' confirmation orders against our PO issued. Liaise with forwarders on shipping departure and arrival dates of standard POs. Monitoring of the arrival of indent orders and sample requests. Maintaining a timetable of shipment arrivals. Broadcasting ETA details (including indent orders &samples) in a shared file. Receiving items into SAP with accurate details. Prepare monthly marine cargo insurance declaration.
