• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), able to OT
• Salary range: Up to $2500
• Aws + Bonus + Company Trips

• Create a Purchase Order
• Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items
• Verify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery order
• Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers
• Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times
• Communicate with suppliers on documentation like MSDS, product spec, etc.
• Conduct a weekly inventory check
• Participate in the Annual Stock take
