Purchasing and Supply chain Officer

• Demand Planning (Simulation) on monthly and weekly basis • Oversee Ministry Of health and agriculture to ensure that all documents are up-to-date, legally compliant and properly registered • Follow up on orders regarding quantities, payments, logistics and receiving • Placing orders • Monitors the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods in accordance with the company policies • Follow up with the accounting department to make sure that payments of suppliers are done on time as per agreed payment terms • Follow up with warehouse department to arrange space for coming shipment • Coordinates with clearing agent, ensuring relation is intact, and making sure that clearing agent is pushing for fast release of shipments. • Tracks shipments and handle...
