About the Role
Summary:
Under immediate supervision, performs various duties in connection with scheduled events, performing duties in the kitchen facility, working as an event bartender, banquet operations, event operations, skilled and unskilled job tasks as assigned within the El Paso Convention & Performing Arts Center & All Venues
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, in English.
+ Must be able to make quick and accurate decisions.
+ Consults with assistant manager regarding serving arrangements and additional employees and equipment required.
+ Sets Bars, Concessions, Banquet tables Etc.
+ Meets with Chef on Duty at the start of every shift to review BEO set up and labor needs.
+ Anticipate customers' needs based on BEO or assistant manager request based on produc...
