Role and Facility Information

The Division of Geriatric Psychiatry at Island Health is seeking a full‑time Geriatric Psychiatrist to join two other colleagues in the Cowichan Valley. The patient population is predominantly over 65 years of age with psychiatric and/or cognitive challenges and frailty indices.

Clinical services provided include outpatient consulting status, psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, direct and indirect care, multidisciplinary team leadership, and medico‑legal expertise as required by BC Mental Health and Adult Guardianship Acts.
