About the Role
Join CMHAPeel Dufferin as a part-time Psychiatrist at the HART Hub in Brampton. Engage in critical consultations and support clients facing mental health challenges, addiction, and homelessness.
This position requires three days of work weekly, including two in-person clinic visits and team meetings. You will be responsible for developing interdisciplinary treatment plans and contributing to a supportive environment for clients in need. Future hybrid work opportunities may also be available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend client visitation clinics in-person twice a week
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients
• Provide prompt clinical notes for consultations
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team between visits
• Support transitions to primary care psychiatrists
Requirements:
• Medical Degree and Fellowship (FRCP) required
• Registration with the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons College
