Job Summary: To provide administrative and coordination support for client accounts by assisting with onboarding documentation, system records, reporting, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations and business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Assist in client accounts by preparing, organizing, and maintaining required documentation and system records
- Update and manage customer information, account details, and engagement records in internal systems or databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to track user requests, follow-ups, and action items
- Support scheduling of meetings, training sessions, and product briefings with customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute administrative communications such as emails, notices, reports, and meeting summaries
