About the Role
We are looking for a Proposal Specialist to craft compelling proposals that resonate with clients. Collaborate in a hands-on role to manage the proposal process thoroughly.
This 20-month contract position entails working closely with teams such as Business Development and Operations, overseeing the full proposal lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring clarity and compliance in submissions, managing deadlines, and implementing team feedback to continually improve proposal quality. Your efforts will significantly impact our client interactions and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full lifecycle of proposals from RFP to submission
• Translate RFP criteria into guidance for contributors
• Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance checks
