Proposal Engineer / Sales Administrator

Job Responsibilities of Proposal Engineer / Sales Administrator:

1. Candidate should have worked in Costing/Bidding/Proposal/Sales team in previous engagements, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
2. Candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, preference will be given to those who can work on PPT, Visio and MS Projects.
3. Candidate should have knowledge of the entire bidding process and related documentation requirements.
4. Candidate should have knowledge of writing RFI, RFQ and Proposals.
5. Candidate should have working experience in an IT related company.
6. Candidate should have effective communication skills with the ability to exchange information both speaking and writing.
7. Candidate should be comfortable coordinating with other team members/departments while developing the costing/proposal.
