About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties (inclusive of planning, scheduling and monitor routine maintenance works and processing work requisition).
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety and authority requirements, where applicable.
- Support leasing team in viewings, handing/taking over of spaces, valuation and arrear management.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner, while ensuring positive tenant relationships and high tenant satisfaction.
- Budget management through active monitoring of Operating Expenses and Capital expenses (inclusive of sourcing, evaluating and recommendation for quotations).
