Responsibilities:
- Monitors building utilities (electricity, water, LPG) and prepares monthly consumption reports.
- Inspects and maintains the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall condition of the building and its surroundings.
- Trains and guides new engineers and technicians on building operations and maintenance.
- Addresses tenants’ facility‑related concerns and coordinates necessary corrective actions.
- Implements and oversees emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Conducts routine building inspections and prepares related reports.
- Ensures all facilities comply with company ISO 9001 standards, regulations, and applicable building codes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Engineer with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
