We are seeking a motivated and experience property development manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in property development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development process from conception to completion, coordinating with government agencies, architects, builders and other consultants.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed update reports to senior management.
