PROJECT SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to structural steel works. Monitor site progress to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. Ensure proper installation, erection, and alignment of structural steel components. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship at all stages of work. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage on site. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies. Identify site issues and report progress, delays, or technical concerns to Management. Attend site meetings and assist in resolving construction and coordination issues. Maintain proper site records, daily reports, and documentation.
