The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project coordination, procurement, budgeting, and site supervision. This role requires hands‑on leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of small-scale storage construction projects from planning to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource requirements.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshoot any construction issues.
• Handle procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted works.
