The role supports the Superintending Officer (SO) in remediation contract administration for land decontamination/clean-up projects. Act as one of the main liaisons between Client and Contractor, working alongside the Project Manager to inspect and monitor contractor’s work progress. Gather information and analyze outputs from contractor’s work performance (e.g., soil and groundwater treatment works, excavations, sampling, environmental monitoring and management). Conduct validation reviews of contractor’s deliverables against technical and contractual requirements. Support in project risk identification and mitigation, dealing with disputes on matters related to contracts, with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Handle contractual matters including Extension of Time (EOT), loss and expense claims, and disp...
