Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering
- Proven experience in managing or working on solar power projects (5-10years)
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical design, and construction practices
- Familiarity with solar design software and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in solar energy projects
- PMP or relevant certifications are a plus
- Willing to travel to project sites as needed
- Willing to be assigned inClark, Pampanga
