Project Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Overall management of a complex Project throughout its lifecycle, including large scale, high risk strategic projects across multiple business units and service partners/vendors.
• Bid Phase engagement: shaping delivery approach, methodology, governance, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation and risk assessment.
• Lead project team structure, provide leadership, mentor junior project managers and support senior program managers.
• Partner with Customer and/or Partner Project Management teams.
• Key Area of Responsibilities across the Project Life Cycle:
  • Before Project Kick-off (inception)
    • During the Sales cycle: Contribute to Project structuring and solutioning reviews, define scope, schedule, resources and risk assessment.
    • Contribute to evaluation of Customer culture and maturity, adapt delivery approach and Project structure, ensure appropriate methodologies...
