Location: Maidstone KentSalary: £65,000 + BenefitsJob Type: Permanent | Full TimeProject Quantity Surveyor Water, Utilities & Civil Engineering A leading civil engineering contractor are recruiting for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering infrastructure, water, utilities and civil engineering projects across the UK.
Reporting into the commercial team, you will take ownership of project finances from tender handover through to final account, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration and commercial performance.
This is a hybrid working role.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts
• Prepare valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts
