Serve as the primary procurement interface for Project Management, Engineering, Planning, and Controlling. Capture key project inputs: scope of supply, organization chart, equipment list, budget, preferred vendors, and special technical/commercial requirements. Coordinate sourcing activities with Strategic Buyers and Category Managers. Ensure Procurement participation in Make-or-Buy decisions. Support early sales/proposal phases and provide updates in weekly calls, stage-gates, and SteerCo meetings.
