Develop master plan schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet Contract requirements. Support Project Manager in integrating subcontractors programs into the master plan schedule. Manage site workers and sub-contractors to ensure work is completed according to given budget, timeline and quality. Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools. Monitor schedules and critical activities as well as provide early warnings to project team.
