Job Description

• Develop and monitor project schedules in line with contract completion timelines
• Prepare and maintain baseline project programmes
• Develop 6-month look-ahead schedules
• Prepare 3-month and 4-week rolling programmes
• Track and update project progress against planned schedules
• Prepare monthly progress reports with S-curve analysis
• Analyse project delays and propose recovery plans
• Coordinate with QS team for progress claims and cost updates
• Work closely with engineers for accurate site progress tracking
• Liaise with client's planner on scheduling and reporting matters
• Monitor critical path activities and highlight potential risks
