Project Planner – Engineering Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules In line with approved work breakdown structures (WBS) in MS Project, aligned with project scope and engineering deliverables
• Update and maintain project schedules with actual progress data and forecasting dates received from engineering, expeditor, procurement, OEM's and fabricators
• Assist with resource loading, man-hour forecasting, and progress measurement
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions
• Perform critical path and float analysis to support decision‑making
• Track engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site activities against the baseline programme
• Provide updates to Senior Project Manager
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and look‑ahead plans for management and clients
