**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Respond to customer and sales inquiries by ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer orders
+ Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays
+ Review, process, and manage customer order change requests with attention to detail
+ Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders and support on‑time delivery commitments
+ Maintain close and effective communication with customers and sales organizations to ensure alignment and satisfaction
+ Process and issue invoices in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements
+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
