About the Role

3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To work under the direction of the Housing Services Manager to deliver key housing service improvement projects, including reviews of Independent Living Services, Lifeline and Out of Hours Services, tenancy arrangements, rents and service charges, and property management initiatives. The role also supports tenant engagement, service redesign, and the implementation of new ways of working across Housing Services. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver housing service improvement projects from initiation through to completion. Prepare project initiation documents, project briefs, option appraisals, project plans, risk registers, and specifications.
