Tasks
Ensure project performance objectives are met (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing).
Coordinate project launches to ensure full compliance with Valeo and customer expectations.
Manage customer P1/P10 projects and project changes from both the customer and Valeo (P0).
Drive project productivity objectives (P-30 product and development).
Take responsibility for the achievement of project KPIs.
Define project scope, secure necessary resources, and maintain control over them.
Validate Project Team Members’ activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones.
Manage and coordinate all internal and customer-led project changes through the project team.
Escalate gaps versus targets to the appropriate management level with speed and proactivity.
Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on project progress.
