Project Manager - Tradeshows

TransPerfect operates a business development program that includes hundreds of conferences, events, and tradeshows ranging from large global exhibitions to intimate local workgroups. No matter the size, our goal at every event is to deliver a memorable experience for attendees while strengthening the TransPerfect brand.

We’re looking for an efficient, organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Tradeshow Project Management Specialist to lead and support the logistics behind our global conference and tradeshow program. While attendees see the branding, booths, and signage, the success of every event depends on the people behind the scenes who ensure materials arrive on time, are set up correctly, and are managed efficiently from start to finish. In this role, you’ll take the lead in making sure every detail runs smoothly.
