You will oversee the execution of multiple construction projects, using your expertise to maintain high safety and quality standards. Your collaboration with foremen and subcontractors will ensure financial objectives are met, contributing to project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project budgets and coordinate equipment procurement
• Conduct financial forecasting and status reviews monthly
• Attend client meetings and communicate necessary updates
• Prepare and update labor and resource forecasts
• Conduct job site progress assessments regularly
Requirements:
