About the Role
Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead day-to-day execution of SST deployment projects at pilot sites, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and scope objectives are met.
- Manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and site readiness through installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain detailed project plans, deliverables, and milestones aligned with program-level objectives.
- Coordinate site activities across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, vendor partners, and customer teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive effective issue resolution by tracking gaps, dependencies, and technical challenges encountered during deployment.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for pilot site stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
