To take a proactive approach towards managing enterprise application development and operation, ICT governance and performance management. Good people skills are essential, as he/she will have to manage a portfolio of maintenance and development projects. He/she will require good end-to-end understanding of the development of a mission critical system, from network infra structure, operating systems, database storage to web application. These includes management of proper project governance processes, managing project stakeholders, end users and vendor management and their respective contracts.
