Job Description Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Co-ordinate activities, resources, equipment and information Prepare project proposal, think of a temporary time frame, scheulde and budget Prepare work statement or methodology Monitor, track and report of project's progress, and handle issues that arise Co-ordinate activities on scheduling, monitoring and conduct project review meeting Mange subcontractor's executions at site to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards
