  • Oversee the operational handover from initial engineering phases to long-term maintenance, directing project initiation, resource scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of network uptime, directing cross-functional resources during critical service outages and managing post-incident client relations.
  • Collaborate with internal account teams to isolate, track, and close high-risk technical vulnerabilities before they impact live environments.
  • Evaluate and formally approve complex network modification plans, maintaining accountability for implementation safety and system continuity.
