About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager / Digital Business Analyst to help drive digital transformation across a Government Agency. You'll work directly alongside the Agency's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and partner with a multidisciplinary team of project managers, business analysts, solution architects, technical consultants, and external vendors to deliver impactful digital solutions.
This is a 1-year contract role, with the possibility of extension for up to 2 years.
What You'll Do
Partner with Agency business teams to uncover the needs of citizens, businesses, and internal users — using human-centred, visual approaches.
Apply Design Thinking and Service Design methods to map current-state pain points and shape future-state solutions.
