Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project management of the Company’s new build and A&A works, from design development to tendering through to execution, completion, and handover to Operations or Leasing, covering both pre- and post-construction phases. Prepare and manage project budgets, administer tender processes, and provide regular cost and financial reports to Management. Review and ensure all architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and works comply with applicable regulations, codes, and by-laws of relevant authorities. Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with specifications, timelines, and approved budgets. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Management, landlords, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, to achieve successful project delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.
