PROJECT MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage shipbuilding, ship repair, retrofit, and maintenance projects from commencement to completion. Coordinate with ship owners, classification societies, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution. Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower allocation, and material requirements. Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timelines and budgets. Supervise repair and construction activities including hull, piping, mechanical, electrical, blasting, painting, and steel renewal works. Ensure compliance with marine regulations, class requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures. Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and technical discussions with clients and production teams.
