Project Manager

Take end-to-end ownership of commercial building, facade installation and building maintenance projects from award stage, construction execution, handover to the full defects liability period.

Develop overall project programme, baseline schedule and resource deployment blueprint to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within contract scope and approved budget.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress coordination meetings to resolve on-site technical obstacles, structural issues and installation schedule delays in a timely manner.

Be fully accountable for project P&L performance, track actual cost consumption, review procurement variations and control project cash flow comprehensively.

Proactively identify, negotiate and finalise Variation Orders (VOs) alongside main contractors, quantity surveyors (QS) and professional consultants.
