Project Manager / Senior Engineer - Municipal Linear Infrastructure

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Senior Engineer (or Senior Designer) with deep, hands‑on experience in municipal linear infrastructure projects within the GTA. This role is suited for a technically strong professional who understands the full lifecycle of projects, from design through construction, and can lead complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure assignments.

Role Accountabilities

• Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects—including watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems—from concept development through detailed design and construction.
• Oversee and review engineering design deliverables (plans, profiles, specifications, and cost estimates) to ensure all documentation meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with municipal clients such as the City of Toronto, Region of Peel, and Mississauga, as well as utilities and regulatory agencies, throughout each project phase....
