Project Management & Delivery

• Own the full lifecycle of qualitative research projects from brief understanding to final expert delivery.
• Interpret project briefs, assess sensitivity, and align team strategy with client objectives.
• Coordinate expert recruitment across multiple sources (database, LinkedIn, calls, alternative platforms) per the Recruitment Handbook.
