The job
Leading projects which have an impact both internally to the People team and externally to the business, this role manages projects which contribute towards transformational change or enable the People team to support the business through significant change. The Project Manager will manage projects of low to medium complexity and / or support larger programmes led by a Senior Project Manager. The role holder will also support People team colleagues to initiate their own projects, providing tools and guidance.
