Project Manager – OpenShift Virtualization Transformation

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid: 1 week/month in-office) Contract: 1-Year (extendable) Project: VMware-to-OpenShift Virtualization migration Project Role Summary: We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-stakes infrastructure transformation program. You will orchestrate the end-to-end migration from legacy VMware to Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing stakeholder expectations, risks, and regulatory compliance in a complex FSI environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define migration roadmap, milestones, and resource plans. Coordinate with technical leads (Platform, Build, Automation, QE) to track progress against KPIs (migration velocity, downtime windows, test pass rates).
