Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials
Manage resource allocation and optimize team performance
Handle project-related issues and escalate where necessary
