Project Manager - Mechanical

Our client, the national organisation for nuclear science and technology is focused on leading-edge research, innovative scientific services and providing specialised advice to government, industry, academia and other research organisations. They deliver experimental techniques that not only enhance current fundamental and applied research, but also open up new avenues of investigation for Australian science.Their research facility based in Southern Sydney is undertaking a range of capital expenditure and maintenance projects and is seeking a Project Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering to lead and manage these for their teams on the site. Duties include:

• Managing mechanical upgrade and design improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Initiating projects, including consulting with clients, stakeholders and management.
• Providing quality verbal and written reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
