Project Manager

One of the leading national ecosystem architecture and events agencies with more than 25 years of experience connecting companies with their target audiences, both internally and externally. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Madrid team.

Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and supervision of the project from its conceptual phase to the execution phase. Risk assessment, search for alternative solutions and management of necessary resources.
• Strategy development and planning, making the most of time and resources.
• Operations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes.
• Creation of roadbooks and process manuals. Definition of policies and processes.
• Coordination of event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, s...
