Project Manager (Implementation)

ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

Roles and responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all implementation accounts, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee special projects, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Participate in pre-onboarding and onboarding planning sessions with potential and new clients to ensure seamless transition and implementation.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience by aligning processes, timelines, and deliverables across all involved departments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years proven experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator (Implementation / special projects / stakeholder management).
• Ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously.
