Project Manager, IGTD

**Position Title**
Project Manager – IGT‑D (NPI & Downstream Marketing)
**Role Purpose**
Drive IGT‑D business growth in China by leading cross-functional projects on new product introduction (NPI) and downstream marketing programs execution, while optimizing processes to improve launch speed and marketing excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. New Product Introduction (NPI)**
+ Lead end-to-end project management of IGT‑D product RfD in China
+ Coordinate with RA / QA / ISC /BU to ensure readiness
+ Drive key milestones:
+ registration alignment
+ local labeling readiness
+ supply readiness (e.g., 12NC / SAP)
**2. Downstream Marketing Project Execution**
+ Work closely with sales and enabling team to optimize the execution of marketing projects, including:
+ product launch campaigns
+ clinical adoption programs
+ key account engagement projects
