Job Description

• Driving multiple projects from end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting defined scope objectives.
• Independently understanding clients’ needs and business priorities to plan and recommend the appropriate XM methodology.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal resources and project teams for the flawless execution of projects.
• Collaborating with product managers and technical teams to align project scope with strategic goals.
• Defining project roadmaps, technical milestones, and identifying process improvements.
• Attend daily/weekly stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers.
• Managing change control and Project Development plans ensuring good planning of implementation timelines & prioritization.
