Qualifications
- Knowledgeable with minimum 57 years experience supporting digital transformation, IT transformation, or enterprise digitalization programs within large or complex organizations.
- Possess a good understanding of digitalization and IT project lifecycle, including initiative planning, coordination, governance, and value tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting change management, stakeholder coordination, and communication activities within digital or IT transformation initiatives.
- Able to support multiple concurrent initiatives, including coordination of workshops, documentation, followups, and progress reporting to ensure milestones are met.
- Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business units, ICT teams, and external vendors.
