Project Manager-Design & Construction

Job Duties

Under broad direction, plans and manages assigned real estate and infrastructure projects. Particular focus on coastal engineering and offshore island/causeway construction, but including design, construction, renovation, or replacement of company office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, service center, and site infrastructure facilities.

• Manage projects located mostly across the Middle East and North Africa. Travel throughout these locations is required on a frequency suitable to the size and scope of the project.
• Reports to and receives guidance from the Regional Design & Construction Manager and will be part of a small but efficient and high performing team.
• Determines, in consultation with Real Estate Services and business unit management, the definition and requirements for each assigned project – including location, desired results, desired completion date, allowable cost parameters, funding sources, RES and busine...
