About the Role
Role Overview: The Technical/Functional Project Manager / SME will lead end-to-end implementation of the TURING Core Banking System (CBS) for banks in the Philippines. The role requires a strong blend of banking domain expertise, CBS functional knowledge, and technical
coordination capabilities to ensure successful regulatory-compliant delivery aligned with
BSP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead full lifecycle CBS implementation – Requirements → Configuration → UAT → Migration → Go-Live → Stabilization
- Own project planning, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Drive execution with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Integration, Support)
