About the Role
Working within the Capital Development Department, the Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the implementation of the capital projects.
Accountabilities
- Support the day-to-day activities associated with the implementation of the redevelopment project, including liaison with hospital user groups, hospital management, design team, contractor, municipality, William Osler Health System Foundation, Ministry of Health capital team and other stakeholder groups to ensure the project remains within developed project parameters
- Implement or support project management process and best practice including, but not limited to, scope and budget and schedule development as well as monitoring, risk management, construction monitoring, deficiency reviews, commissioning activities, contractor health and safety compliance, occupancy planning and post occupancy evaluation
