Join a global consultancy working closely with a major aged care provider across SEQ. You will manage a mix of refurbishments and new developments across multiple sites, keeping projects moving and standards high.
What you will do
- Run projects end to end from scoping to close-out
- Manage contractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Drive programme, cost and quality outcomes
- Stay ahead of risks and keep momentum strong
What you bring
- Experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out, or new build projects
- Exposure to aged care, healthcare, education or similar live environments
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management
- High attention to detail and ownership of outcomes
- Self-starter who operates well with autonomy
